To support our mobile games during summer months, we are looking for a Customer Care Support.

You’ll work across our product team as the contact point for users’ requests.

Your role at Whatwapp

  • Using our internal chat,  assist and support users’ requests providing technical support
  • Be the first contact point between external users and product team (designers and developers)
  • Collect users feedback to understand how to improve our customer relationship management
  • Analyze rating competitor games to improve our social presence on IOS&Android store
