To support our mobile games during winter months, we are looking for Customer Care Support.
You’ll work on our product team as the contact point for users’ requests.
Here is the role’s tutorial:
- Using our internal chat, assist and support users’ requests providing technical support
- Be the first contact point between external users and product team (designers and developers)
- Collect users feedback to understand how to improve our customer relationship management
- Analyze rating competitor games to improve our social presence on IOS&Android store
